SUPPLY CHAIN

Paul has decades of experience with supply chains in Europe, the U.S., and Asia. He has also re-engineered spare parts management in several plants. His special expertise is to relocate manufacturing sites in Europe.
Corinne is proficient in supply chain planning and logistics in the FMCG sector. She has also worked for start-ups in this market sector. She is exceptionally good at project management and has limited M&A experience.
Stefan is a proven manager in difficult, challenging situations and has a great talent for negotiations. He is reliable and independent. He has great experience in sourcing Asian suppliers.
Jürg has been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years. He has been involved in this sector from strategy development in the supply chain to set-up and development to operational management.
Klaus has over 3 decades of experience in global sourcing and procurement in various industries. He has successfully built teams and brought them on a successful track.
Jens has a turnaround background, accordingly, he is hands-on and has expertise in renegotiating contracts in order to generate positive, short-term results.
